1. The mass of a pile of newspapers was 10 kg. The mass became 18.95 kg when another pile of newspapers was added on. Find the mass of the second pile of newspapers in grams.


2. There are 60 more marbles in Box A than in Box B. When 15% of the
marbles in Box A are transferred to Box B, the number of marbles in each box becomes equal. Find the total number of marbles in the two boxes.



3.  The average mass of a group of children is 22 kg. When a boy who
weighs 28 kg joins the group, the average mass becomes 22.75 kg.
How many children are there in the group now?
